"Coping with Depression" is a mental health education program. Although it cannot substitute for mental health providers, attending this program does offer you hope. "Coping with Depression" empowers you with tools to take back your life.


In 8 weekly sessions, we will learn about key elements like:

  1. Identifying Depression and its Causes

  2. Overcoming Loss

  3. Taking Control Of Your Thinking

  4. Improving Social Relationships

  5. Improving Brain Function

  6. Enhancing Your Mood

  7. Managing Your Stress
